How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Illhighlights Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Illhighlights Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still, we want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know the limits, though. Illhighlights Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@illhighlights.lat. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What to Expect

We send you an email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
